HOTEL POLICIES

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is any time after 4 PM(not guaranteed due to the high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the front desk clerk will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present their own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card your reservation before your arrival. The Hotel Staff will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel's standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel’s check-in time and want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you also book the night before.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front desk before 10 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. A late check-out fee of $20 will be applied depending on availability. Any delay to check-out will result in an extra night being added to the final bill. If you checkout before the end of your stay. i.e. a day prior to the scheduled checkout day). You will be charged for the next day per the cancellation policy. The Hotel Staff can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed. 

POOL/HOT TUB RULES

Pool/hot tub hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. all week long. All kids under 16 years old must be supervised in the pool area. All kids under 16 years old are not allowed in the hot tub. All children, not potty trained, must wear swim pants. Swim pants are sold in the lobby.

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is by request only. If you want the housekeepers to change linens, swap out your towels, or take out the trash please contact the front desk. The front desk will arrange for the housekeepers to stop by and take care of your needs. 

VALUABLES

Do not leave valuables in your room unsecured. We recommend that all guests take their valuables with them when they leave. Lake Norfork Resort is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

PARKING POLICY

Parking for automobiles and motorcycles is permitted in the front and rear parking lot. All boats and trailers must be parked in the grass lot located behind the rear parking lot. If you have any questions regarding parking, the front desk would be more than happy to assist you. 

RESERVATION POLICY

For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either with a valid credit card or by debit card. Please note that if the payment is made with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need written authorization sent by the credit card holder with a copy of his/her credit card and a copy of his/her ID.  The hotel reserves all rights to refuse access to the room to any guest who is not able to show us the credit card used for his/her prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before his/her arrival. For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay by a debit or credit card number such as VISA, MasterCard, or AmericanExpress. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. All Cancellations must be made 48 hours before our reservation, any cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the reservation you will be charged a one-night stay. If the reservation is not canceled and it is a no-show, you are charged your full stay. If you have booked through an Online Travel Agency i.e. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotel.com, etc. You must cancel your reservation with that Online Travel Agency in order to cancel the reservation. Please contact the hotel to have more information. Prepaid reservations cannot be canceled or modified and are non-refundable. 

SMOKING POLICIES

Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms, balconies, atrium, and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in designated areas. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room or any other non-approved areas will be charged a smoking fee of $250 per day. 

PET POLICIES

Pets are more than welcome at our property. We charge $40 per pet for pets under 40 lbs. and $60 per pet over 40 lbs.
